how do i get professional help?

im desperately seeking info on my great grandfather i have his marriage certificate and his death inquest but cannot find him on any census and im stuck as to where to tuen. can anyone tell me who i can turn to for someone to look into for me, pref without breaking the bank. My nan is desperate to shed some light on her history.

If you'd like to give some details I'm sure someone will try to help before you pay out for a professional. His name and approximate year of birth for a start.

Before you spend anything, why not put all the details you have on the boards and see what we can come up with first. ?

He was Robert William or William Robert Bailie born c1902 in Ireland.

Can you list his father and his occupation?

There's this from the Irish 1911 census, but it's not County Down.
