Try the Salvation Army - they will help find missing relatives in these sort of circumstances as with severe illness...........they do not do adoption tracing though.

Good luck. My family found a lost relative that was needed in similar circustances through GU so hope you will do the same.

searching for lost brother last seen 25 years ago name john francis roche birth 6 oct 1943 born ireland last known to be in harlesden area london. trying to locate due to his brother is very ill and wants to see him. can anyone help find him have searched deaths no record found and 192 for people. any help would be good regards diane,
