Where do I find records of births abroad post WW1?

Can somebody point me in the right direction, please? I haven't a clue where to start.

My relative served with the 5th Royal Irish Lancers. After hostilities ended, his wife and children joined him in India and Egypt. There were two more children, and I believe they were born during this time abroad.

Thanks for reading I hope someone can tell me where to look.
