hello im now 45 yrs of age and have never met a blood relative.
my dad was william charles radley from kent, born 1905 , dartford. he died when i was 5 but i was taken away from him before then. he had a brother arthur john who signed the death cert. there the trail ends. my maternel grandmother violet may warner born 1908, wandsworth i think left my mum when she was 3. with such a tiny amount of info, dont know where else 2 look . im lonely please help

Ruth, your dad must have been quite old when you were born if you have the dates right.

I think you need to try and trace your uncle Arthur by first seeing if he married and then looking for children of the marriage. From the death cert of your father is there an address for the informant? If so you could contact the local library to that area and ask for an Electoral Roll search. It may give you someidea of other people in the house or how long they were living there.

I'll have a look to see if I can find a marriage for Arthur.
