Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 4,475 Send Message	Hi Teresa, One website doesn't fit all! You'll find yourself dipping in and out of quite a few different sites, depending on the dates. If you know your own roots back to 1911, the Irish 1911 census is online (and free). You might need to buy some certs to get yourself back that far. There is also Familysearch which is in the process of putting Irish parish records online - it's still at the pilot stage but is very good. For English records, there's freeBMD, Familysearch, and a subscription to Ancestry or Findmypast will cover a lot of your needs. Have fun, Janice
