Not two birth certificates.Just entered in the index twice because mother's surname is different to father.

I don't see why not ! You could always use both and have a double-barrelled surname too .

Anyone can use any name they wish to use as long as it is not for the purposes of defrauding anyone.

Being registered with two different surnames usually means your parents were not married at the time.

im am registered in 2 different surnames on same date,does that mean i can legaly use either name please anyone?
