When searching a womans marriage is there some way I can view who she married Thanks Catherine

Searching where? If on FreeBMD, if you click on the page number it will give details of all people on that page, usually 2 men and 2 women. Looking for the woman on the next census under the two possible surnames will usually establish which man she married.

After about 1910 the spouses surname is included in the marriage index.
