Normally you activate it through the Help tab at the top of the program page.

I joined Ancestry a couple of weeks ago and I could not find a code either so took up a years suscription with 2 weeks free trial, I then e-mailed them and they said they would add the three months free that was with my package on after the years subscription.

I suggest you e-mail them before shelling out, unlike me who couldn't wait to get staretd.

Yes, I installed it some time ago, but I cannot find a card with the code.

I will have another look. I must have registered it as I have recently had an email offering the update.

Have you installed the programme on your computer yet? When you install it you have the opportunity to register the programme. At the same time you can activate the subscription. There should be a card in the box with the Activation Code that you will need.

I bought FTM and it came with 6 months Ancestry subscription. I did not apply at once as I thought I would wait till I had more time to spend at it. Now I can't find whatever it is that I need to take up the registration. Can someone who has also had this tell me what it is that I am looking for, please?
