last one cost me about 8.50. now its 14.95 why.

You need to look for the reference numbers first, if you dont have them ask on Trying to find,

Then you order on line pay with a credit card and only ever pay £7

They will still cost you £8. 50p if you order by phone from the GRO.

The partial refund from the GRO applies if you have specified a checking point ie father should be BILL Bloggs!! if the name doesnt match then they refund you £4, they take £3 for the search.If all matches though then it doesnt cost you anymore they just send the cert
