What is this "oneworldtree" on ancestry?

I don't have a subscription to ancestry, but occasionly I go on that 'Collaborate -> Member connections' and search some of the people i'm related to and see if theres anything new.

Theres some guy on there who has 3 people i'm related to, I have no idea who he is. But it says *His user name* Added information in one world tree..
What is it?

if on Ancestry you are on Search Page to the right is a column--look for Family Trees and then One World Tree. click on that and it will explain.

This by the way is on old style search page and not the New Search
