Thanks for putting the mistake. And for other info,

I had heard it had been on for awhile but you had to pay, but read it in magazine this week saying its free. So thats why i put it on.

But at least people who didnt know do now.

I think you have helped me answer a big question regarding my Irish grandfather's family - well to be accurate several big questions which have been bugging me for years. As always when questions are answered they raise more, but now I know which direction to go to look for the answers.

1911 has been available since last December - 1901 is due at the end of the year,early January 2010......yipeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

1901 Census material, with all data transcribed, will be launched between late 2009 and early 2010.

Yes same happen to me when i went into it.

Glad you got inot it in the end.

Hope it helps you out. Mine came over here be for 1814 and cant find out who his famly were, It was my great grand dad. I know his name was John and came from Dublin.

OK have got in by googling for 1911 census Ireland .Its the same web address so dont know why it wouldn't find it
