Lost Folder Help Please - SORTED

Thank you everyone for your input.

The problem was with an email folder. Somehow one of us had managed to move a folder into Sent Items. Don't know how though - or who, but luckily it probably was't me as it is not a folder I use.

Hang on!! "Reply Icon"!! Are you talking about something in your e-mail? If so, which e-mail program are you using? Maybe try looking within the e-mail program for something like "Deleted Items".

Thank you for the ideas to try. It's not in the recycle bin.

I think the cross to delete was clicked instead of the reply icon which is next to it on the toolbar. It seems a bit strange that no warning came up to give a 'second chance' however.
Any further comments/ideas welcome.

If it's not in the recycle bin, I would suggest doing a search for the folder - it's very easy to drag and drop it to inside another folder if your mouse is a bit sensitive.

Silly question but have you looked in the recycle bin - if you have used the file quite recent then you could look under recent items you may find a copy of it there. Good luck Irene

Does anyone know if there is a way in which an inadverently deleted folder can be retrieved please?
