No its not my tree, i gave the person some details for my family as she said that she was related, the other info is right but i did tellher that the details for the parents i.e. Albert and Eliza was wrong, (as i have the marriage cert) and she said that they can be wrong........ if that is the case why cant i find the birth details, as i have said both certs i have state her name as frances elizabeth lewis but on the 1901 census her name is the other away round, husbands details correct so i know i have the right person

There is a public family tree on ancestry which has Frances Elizabeth Lewis marrying William Fricker. Have you looked at this?
They have Frances Elizabeth Lewis's parents as Albert and Eliza Lewis.

Yes its states that her father Harry lewis was deceased and was a labourer, she also died in 1965 i have found her on a census the same as the above but her name is the other way around (on census).....

Does it give any occupation for her father Harry on the marriage cert also does it say if he is deceased


Was she still alive in 1911 as just wondering where she gave as place of birth on the census

Hi everyone

can anybody point me in the right direction, im looking for my mothers grand mother(Frances Elizabeth Lewis) i have her death cert and marriage cert, but im unable to find her birth details, somebody told me that the death cert would hold that information but it dosent...... she was married in 1900 to a Herbert Fricker and from her age it works out to 1879/1878. she was married in Wales and she died in wales it also say that her fathers name is Harry Lewis. can anybody trow any light on this....
