Hi All
Had reply from GR this morning. They said to update macromedia Flash which is now done. I have also cleared browser history as suggested and all is working fine !!

This is most likely a PC problem, not a GR one. Try the following

1. Press F5 to refresh the page

if this doesn't work,

2. Delete you internet temp files, restart your browser, and try again

Yep. Usually happens to me when scrolling around in Full Tree view. Suddenly all of the tree lines and boxes disappear leaving just a blank background.

Hi
Has anyone had problems viewing tree over last couple of days. I have tried several times with my own and others and it just comes up blank with "wallpaper" background ??
