Hi All,
I am trying (with no success) to Locate Jane Wake born 1849c in Bedale, Yorkshire. I can find her in the 1871 census as Jane Wake, Servant and then 1881 as Jane Britton, married. The thing is I'm trying to find out the father of her two sons John and Thomas Wake with no success, Both their Birth Certificates hold no fathers name.

I dont know if Wake is janes maiden name as i cant find her birth record any marriages to a wake i also cant find her in any other census records before 1871.

Please can anyone help me find her......
