I had almost given up on finding the family and it was so annoying! Margaret Keohane was my best friend's Granny and I have very fond memories of her so to find the rest of her family is lovely! 	Me - not so grumpy? Pah - you wait until nearer Christmas ... LOL I just put in Amelia, b. 1890 in Wales, father Timothy. With a name like Keohane it had to be mistranscribed and Amelia was the easiest name to search. That trick doesn't work so well with Elizabeth or Ellen! Jill

	1891 John age 11 son is actually a daughter on image - possibly Julia

Member Since: June 2006 Posts: 1,288 Send Message	Hi, can anyone help me with this? I have the Keohane family in the 1901 and 1911 census but I can't for the life of me find them in the earlier ones. They live at 58 High St, Barry, Glamorgan in both census years but in 1911 Julia is a widow living with 3 of her daughters. (Father) Timothy Keohane b. 1854 Ireland (Mother) Julia Keohane (nee Mullins) b. 1854 Ireland Margaret b. 1886 in Cardiff Elizabeth b. 1888 in Cardiff Amelia b.1890 in Barry Ellen b. 1893 in Barry Gertrude b. 1895 in Barry Teresa b. 1897 in Barry I have Timothy and Julia's marriage certificate and their daughter Margaret's birth certificate. They should be in Barry in the 1891 census but I can't seem to find them. I'd be really grateful for any ideas?
