Genes is the better more useable site by an enormous amount but Ancestry searches more pro actively for you. Everyone I know is having to use both....

Are you talking about your tree on Ancestry?

If so, open your tree, click the Tree Overview tab and then down on the left you will see under People you have invited, Invite Family Members, click on that.

Sorry everyone. I shouldn't have posted this here !!
I had genes, ancestry, freeBMD open all at once and got confused.

This is shown on the Tony Robinson tutorial, and I want to email my relatives the link to my tree so they can edit/review it, but can't find any reference in the help to "invite family". Grrrr.
