Possibly already on here somewhere but I haven't seen it. The NI Government have a website with the index of wills and some details (eventually digitised images will be added. Also on site is a List of Freeholders. The link for the wills index is

Found a couple of ancesters listed - and as it gives beneficiaries as well (you click on details) it helps to confirm other sources.

As far as I can tell from the home page yes and they say it's coming soon. It's free to search as is the data base of freeholders.
