Can anyone tell me how to get access to this?

As Jonesey says, it is available on Ancestry, however they are only the transcriptions, to view original images, you will have to use the pay per view site Scotlandspeople

FreeCEN has transcriptions for 1841-1871, but the coverage varies from county to county. Some are complete (BUT, PEE, SEL), but some have nothing (BEW, KKD, SHI). The best coverage is for 1841, where 21 (of 33) counties are complete. For coverage, see:
http://www.freecen.org.uk/statistics.html
Clicking on the details link will tell you what parishes are transcribed.

Barbra is right, the LDS do have films for all but 1901 (I think), but unless you're looking at multiple censuses on the same film, it's cheaper to buy the image(s) from SP at a pound a sheet (approx) than renting the film. If you buy their 1881 census disks, then the 1881 census transcriptions for SCT are included. Course, if you're in Scotland looking at the local census film, there'ld be no renting.
