Thanks.
Wasn't sure which to post on but delighted to have found my grand fathers details.

Hope to still find brothers details

Do you have any dates of birth and where they were born?

I am trying to find the army records for my Grandfather and his brothers for WW 1.
I think they enlisted in the Leicestershire Regiment, but not 100 % sure.
My grandfather was a William Henry and his brothers were Arthur and John ( known as Jack)
I am finding this hard as no one to help or ask, and Smith being an impossible name to research.

A family story said Arthur was made a Regimental Sargeant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
