I've found them very helpful - they got back to me straightaway when the firewall went awol, which may or may not have been related to the update to v9 that I'd done earlier that day.

	Try this, download the full installation file, uninstall your old version, restart your computer, install the new version, restart your computer. Hope it works. Val in SA.

	Please could someone help I have a Free Update to add (Version 9) downloaded it OK but ICON has not been updated, I cannot find it anywhere, has anyone else had this trouble. It has to be updated by December.
