Could you clarify. Is the birth post 1984. If so you won't find it on freebmd but for Births marriages and deaths up to about 1930

hi all
could any body tell me why there is no district code,no registration number,and no entry number on a death i have found here on G R i want to send for the certificate but with out the numbers i might not be able to send for it the death is 1991
