Thanks for your help everyone. I have decided to send for her birth certificate but can not find her on BMD. I have her on the 1851 Census with her father Robert, mother Jane and family and also have a record of her baptism on 6 July 1841 with Elizabeth in Parish of Carhampton Somerset. Why is she not showing up on BMD when Elizabeth is.

On FreeBMD there is a marriage for a Sarah Morse Sept 1874 Bedminster. I an in Australia so not easy to check

I don't think the above is valid, can';t find a Sarah Morse marrying a Lloyd.

I think your 1861 find is good as she definitely not with the family then.

As she was in service she could have lived and married just about anywhere (I speak from experience having had to track down my grandmother!). It's a bit of a slog but you could check every Sarah Morse marriage from 1861 onwards if you are really determined!

I have hit a brick wall with this one. Information I have
Sarah born 1841 at Carhampton Somerset - parents Robert Morse & Jane Heard. I have who I think is her on 1861 Census as a servant to John Greetham but nothing after that. I bought a marriage certificate for a Sarah Morse, father Robert, married 23/8/1873 but it is the wrong one as this Sarah was only 20 when she married. Would appreciate any help.
