Here is an interesting free program you could try out.
It's a bit more involved than Picassa.

Once downloaded click on Red Question mark...top right for a help video of ideas.

Once downloaded click on Editor for framing options at bottom of page.

I have not used this as such since I have Photoshop Elements but was just messing about with it tonight and it looks interesting.

Anyone got any idea of the name of a free download photo editing programme that allows you to add various frames to your photos?
It also allows you to have your photos as oval, or square etc.
Really versatile.
