When you export your tree from GR you will receive a gedcom file as an email attachment to your registered email account. Save the gedcom onto your computer, in a suitable location i.e. to an 'FTM' folder in My Documents

Once FTM 2010 is installed on your computer then double clicking your GR gedcom file should cause it to load FTM, then just follow the on-screen prompts to install your tree data.
