One family in my ancestors has an adopted child living with them. After putting her with the family,I found her real parents.

Now I am having trouble adding them, (the real parents) to my tree. Any tips please.

In theory she should be with her real parents.
You can link her to both by adding one real parent as a partner to an adoptive parent.Explain in the notes.

if you are talking about the mechanics of building a tree on this site, one way is to add two people that actually dont exist- call one person
Surname :Family Forename: Birth

and the other
Surname :Family Forename: Adopted

You can then give those two people parents- one pair being the birth parents, the other being the adoptive ones.

Yes it then appears they are her grandparens, but you know - and can note- that they are nott
