I keep looking at this one. The father's occupation and place of birth fits, as does the mother's. I'm wondering if the ennumerator was just having a bad day and A should be James.

The boarders seem strange too. Why would they have two 20 year old men and a 3 month old baby as boarders?

Should William A be Mary A, daughter of Joseph and Mary Baguley and married to Henry?

If so, this marriage would fit.....

This is the Amelia from the 1881 census that you have (looks like she should be Amy Annie, not Amelia)....so the A Baguley on the 1891 census can't be her as she is married.
