I've just found one of my ancestors John Walter Arnold 1876 Bishopsgate married a Louisa Jane Rondeau 1882 Bethnal Green. By accident I noticed her mother is Elizabeth Mary Arnold and now suspect John and Louisa are cousins but I don't seem to be able to confirm this and the more I search the more confused I'm getting.
Can anyone lend a hand please?

Hi Glitter,
Both pieces of info. you have put on are the correct ones. Charles and Samuel Charles are brothers.

My confusion is if the daughter Louisa of Geo. Fred. Rondeau and Eliz. Mary actually married her cousin. Is this the same Elizabeth Mary Arnold or are they two different people.

Sorry everyone, I think I've done a good job of confusing everyone can I start again please.
Charles Thomas Arnold 1849 has a son John Walter Arnold 1876 who married Louisa Jane Rondeau.
Charles T also has a sister named Elizabeth Mary Arnold 1844 who I couldn't find a marriage for.
I then discovered Louisa's mothers name was also Elizabeth Mary Arnold who married George Frederick Rondeau and wondered if it was my missing marriage. Only thing is it would make Eliz. 12 years older than her husband. The more I look into this the more confused I get as to whether its the same person or two different people.
Have I explained any better this time, I hope so any help gratefully received.

My position is: ARNOLD the family I am researching - John Walter Arnold 1876 married Louisa Jane Rondeau 1878 whose mothers maiden name was Elizabeth Mary ARNOLD 1860 but no relation to the John's father's sister also named Elizabeth Mary ARNOLD 1844.

I think I can safely say that the two Elizabeth Mary Arnold's I have in my tree are completely different people and at the moment think they are no relation to each other. What's the odds of that?
