Does anyone have any tips for finding Dutch records. My Great Grandfather first appears on the 1861 UK census and his birthplace is listed as the Hague, Holland. I have found his brother' Jacob's record on some Dutch family ancestry sites but Eliazar is missing from the list of children of Abraham Meerloo which has me baffled.

This is a good free site for Dutch bmd records:

Have you tried http://www.digitalestamboom.nl/ ? It holds records for the Hague and Rotterdam - which don't seem to feature on genlias. Good luck in your search.
