memorial inscriptions findmypast

If subscribe to findmypast, can you view the memorial inscriptions on that site or do you have to contact the relevant family history society? Also, some just say, for example, Somerset Memorial Inscription & some have 'full' afterwards. What's the difference? (That is the only reason I need to subscribe to them, so bit expensive if can't) I can't find answer on their website & they don't reply to email query). Also, some searches that throw up inscription don't have entry on National Burial Index. Do you need both entries? If anyone has answer, would be grateful. Thanks.

Really appreciate that - they are:-

Sydney Howard 1860-1939 Essex and Alice Elizabeth Howard 1864-1943 Essex

Frank (or might say Francis) Lock 1879-1968 and Rosina Lock buried 1977 - Somerset

Elizabeth Ann Scriven 1852-1938 Somerset.
