on the 1911 census under marital status what does qma stand for. they have been married 12 years. i've not seen his before?

Are you sure it's not just very "curly" writing for married. Without seeing the image it's difficult to say but I can't think of anything.

it is a second marrage , does that make a diffrence to how it's recorded? it's after both his and her names under marital status.

thanks for trying to help. i've been looking all afternoon still no answers. couldn't have been a typo because it was under marital status for the both of them. running out of idea now
