Working out relationships

Can someone tell me how to work out what relation i am to this person please.
Here goes
My grandmother was an aunt to this person's aunt , what does that make us .
Hope this makes sense.

The other person's aunt must be a child of this other person's grandparent. The said aunt must also be a child of your grandmother's sibling. Therefore, your grandmother and the other person's grandparent must have been siblings, which makes you and the other person second cousins.
