Georgina, if you do what Ozi suggests and put John's name into the search box above, then you will see that some other people have someone with this name, date and place of birth in their trees. It would be worthwhile you contacting the tree owners to see if you have a connection. Regards.

hi sorry for delay in replying the only info i know is that he was born in newcastle upon tyne 1872 i have his bc, as far as i know he has 1 daughter my great grandma born 1900 iva irene brown i know he wasn t married to my gg mum ellen emily lane but he could ve been married to someone else his occupation on my gg marriage cert says he was a chocolate manufactor
on 1901 census he was in edgebaston as a visitor at ellen house as a commercial saleman 1911 not sure if it was him what i ve found

There are 2 marriages - is either one him? You need a marriage and children to move forward, failing that a death.

hoping anyone can advice me how to research family of john davison brown , i ve found him up untill 1911 census how do i move on from this ,,it may seem a silly question but i m only 6 months new to this
