Hi I came onto the site this morning to update my tree, I have been waiting for some info and wanted to add this. I have been visiting and using the site despite not working on my tree. I clicked on my tree in eager anticipation to find........... and I wait and I wait and then I notice NO TREE and no # for relatives in my tree nor can I access any of the trees I have permission to see either... but it cannot be because my subs have run out else I culdn't post here either..........ARRGGGHHHHHH

Same for me too.
Hope they sort it soon as I'm in the process of copying all records to ancestry for a relative

Just checked mine, it's still there.
Have to agree, hope no-one keeps their only copy of their tree on this site. Mine is safe at home with another copy on cd at my son's home.

Hi All, I thought I had lost the plot earlier, I am comforted that mine was not the only one playing up. Yes this is my only tree and a lot of work has gone in to creating it. At the weekend I will have another one someplace else as I couldn't even contemplate losing all of the info and starting again.

Thanks for the replies. edited at 16.20 tree back in place phew !
