I always access it from the button on the row near the top of the page which says Family Tree - second left after Home.

You tree opens in another page (or tab, if your browser is set to use tabs) This can throw you if you don't realise it, and you think nothing has happened.

As your tree is growing nicely you have been shown the advanced homepage. Alternatively you can go back to the mini-tree homepage.

No it´s not! Mine says My Updates where the previous info was!
They´ve changed it after I closed the PC down...lol

P.S. Sue, the page I had when I first opened up with the "list of individuals" and "number of people in your tree" I can´t find at all! I can´t get back to it , but hey I´m in my tree, just need abit of relaxation with my ancestors tonight. Cheers!

Hi chica, I can see where you are clicking on your home page, but if it doesn't bring up your tree, you may need to chase it with GR.

you are talking about genes tree and not ancestry .only ask because i cant find how you click on individuals in tree is.

Nothing, before I could get in by clicking on "number of individuals in your tree" but now I can´t get in at all. Thanks

what happens when you click on family tree

I´ve always had a problem getting into my tree and had to do it in a round about way - now I have a new PC and I can´t get into it al all. I can get into this board and messages etc. but no way can I bring up my tree. Any ideas?
