marriage certifciate information???

i have a marriage certificate for james edward kay and ellen evans where it looks like in their ages it says full.???? does anyone know what this means..???
They married in birmingham,uk and i am informed that james's father is thomas kay and he was a timber merchant does anyone know the best way to trace this part of the family..?

just means that they are over the legal age for marriage, normally over 21

What was James occupation on the marriage cert? this one is a sawyer

Incidentally
Farm Bailiff Made sure a tenant farmer ran the farm properly and was paying the rent on time. If not the bailiff had the authority to evict.
