Shirley, It isn't GR that is being difficult. Putting symbols into data is a nightmare for programmers and database managers. I know from experience.......!

At work we used to program so that these sort of characters were ignored.

Well I had to go in and remove my I,m getting the hang of it to access Hot matches as Julie advised.
I lost my extra name a little time ago when Genes decided it had to go for some reason, and the only way to get it back was to add it to my name in my account , Seems it doesnt want to work Hot Matches with it there .
Will be adding it back again after adding this reply to the thread

Just had the latest through and got some maybe connections BUT it wont work!!. keep getting this when clicking on a potential contact
