I renewed my subscription to Ancestry on Monday after letting it lapse for a few days and found I missed it. Since then I have only been able to use the site on Tuesday and since then I keep getting the padlock symbol which tells me I need a subscription. It's driving me crazy and I'm beginning to think I shouldn't have bothered renewing. |

Does anyone else have a problem downloading images from Ancestry to hard drive? Since they changed the Save formatt., I can only download to a stick. |
