Hello,
Could anyone, please tell me if the actual home address on the Census or are the numbers registration office numbers. i.e

registration district: Holborn
Sub-registration district: Amwell
ED, institution, or vessel: 5
Household schedule number: 21

I hope have asked it right.

The first column is schedule number, second column is address. (There isn't always a house number but if there is it's in this address column.)
Update: I'm talking about the original image.
