WWII Navy records

Hi, where can I find navy records of a Roy Megginson Clasper b 1920 in Sunderland who was in the Royal navy and served during WWII (survived) I know ancestry do the army but cannot see anything for the Navy, any help or searchable websites appreciated.

As far as I know you have to be next of kin to obtain them but this is where they are kept, if you give them a ring they should be able to help you
