ancestry or find my past

I have the fourteen day free trial on FMP. I find it more difficult to search than Ancestry.

I will definetely cancel the trial.

I have just signed up for FMP after being with Ancestry for 2 years. I have made a big mistake Ancestry is by far the best even if you dont have 1911 census. Their is no advanced search on FMP so it takes longer to find people . Thats my experiance

I have both but agree with Angela if I had to choose then it woulf be Ancestry. Some records I have not founf on FMP but found them on Ancestry.

can you pay monthly on fmp? seems only to be an option for paying for 6 months or a year?

thanks for your reply, I have had my subscription to ancestry for four years now, and I wondered if it was time to change, I think I will stick to ancestry thanks again

I have subs. to both of them but if I had only one I would choose Ancestry which I use a lot more than FMP.
You can always access the occasional item on FMP on a pay per view basis.

I have just cancelled my ancestry subscription it has another week to run on it, and am wondering was people thinks of find my past, I have the 1911 subscription only, but what are the records like on find my past or should I stick to ancestry, your points of view would be welcome
