Not for myself but for an elderly lady in the US. Her ancestor William MARTIN lived in Penleonard House. I believe this house is still standing as 62 Magdalen Road, Exeter.
Would some kind person be able to locate this house, so I can see it on Google Maps? And possibly take a photograph of the house?

Google *Maps* points to what could be Penleonard House.
I'm now hoping that someone with local knowledge can confirm that it is Penleonard House, and which of the possible buildings it is.
