Folks. Wonder if somebody could make any suggestions here?

We've come in to possession of a letter written to William Thomas Lord Vanstone, Esq. on the 31/05/1963. It's from the Registrar of the Imperial Service Order, informing him that the Queen had awarded him the Imperial Service Medal.

We THINK we've found him born in Devonport, Plymouth on the 16th April 1904 and dying in Q1 of 1970, again in Plymouth. We've done a search both here and over on Ancestry and can't find anybody researching the Vanstone family.

What we WANT to do is return this lovely document to the rightful family but we have no idea now how to go about it.

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

Have found a daughter b. 1925 died 1997
She too married more than once, so perhaps there are grandchildren....?
