If its your tree that isn't displaying correctly try the relevant section in the help section. A section from this is pasted below but its probably worth looking through it yourself

How do I view my family tree?If you click on My Family Tree your tree will open in a new window. You must make sure you allow pop-ups. You also need the latest version of Macromedia flash. If you don't have it you can download it from here.

If this is not successful then please try pressing control and F5 on your keyboard. This will clear your cache and refresh the page.

I don't think that will help you on this occasion. That solution is more to do with resolving problems when your tree fails to load because your browser is not set up quite correctly, or has run out of space in its cache.

The Display Driver is the piece of software in your PC that acts as the interface between the PC's internal workings and the hardware that connects to your monitor. It can sometimes fail to function correctly.

It is possible that this was a one-off but if the problem persists, then you may need to re-install the drivers. This can be a little technical so may not be something you would wish to do unless you have some experience.

Have you recently added or updated anything on your PC?

No I don't think it is likely you will loose any data, but it sounds as though your PC isn't too well.

I have just been Googling and it does seem that your problem is not uncommon. The solution appears to require a re-installation of your video driver, if the problem persists. The reason I asked if you had recently updated something is that some programs can upset the video settings - games programs perhaps more prone to doing this than others.
