There is a lady on the Records Office Board called Jean who offers 2009 electoral roll look-ups.

I will find the thread and nudge it to the top of the board for you and you can then ask for her help.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion on how I might go about trying to find my uncle? I have bin told by the electrol roll but I dont know how to do, so would be greatful for any tips suggestions on how I find where he could be living now thanks
