Don't think you can, apart from changing the names in your tree or deleting them.

It appears to be automatically updated by GR every night. (clicked on the information box at the top of the list) Personally, I've never bothered with it.

If you are looking for a match for specific people, use the search trees function, and filter by dob and pob.
