HELP FINDING A FAMILY ON THE 1901 CENSUS PLEASE

i am trying to find a family on the 1901 census
REUBEN KNAPPER born c1866 audley staffordshire
married CATHERINE WHALING in 1891 at all saints madeley newcastle under lyme staffordshire.

I can't find any of them in the 1911 either. Could they have gone abroad?

EDIT _ GOT THEM - Original is not well written but does look like Shnapper but I think the Sh is actually a K. They had 6 children all living. I think Glitter Bay has the right family in 1901
