Does anybody have any advice how I can find out info on my cousins Dad for her? He joined the Royal Marines in 1948 and was discharged in 1976. He served on HMS UNICORN around 1949/1951. His name was Frederick Thomas Stapleton - number RM 7394. I don't really know where to start.
