This comes problem does pop up occasionally is usually connected with your PC / browser setup.

First of all ensure that pop-ups are allowed for this site and that you have an up to date version of Adobe Flash Player installed.

Next, clear out you browser temp files, close you browser down and restart. If the problem has only just appeared, then clearing your browser cache will often do the trick by itself.

You click on "Allow" to let the other person see your tree. You click on "Request" to ask them to open their tree to you. If they have given access "Request" changes to "View". Click on that to see their tree.

Can anyone help please.
I have just discovered that i cannot open trees belonging to other people on GR even though it is showing Allow, i have tried this on trees that i have previously opened and it seems they are the same
Giving permission to others to view mine seems to be working.
