If you press Ctrl, Alt and Delete at the same time that should bring up a menu and start task manager should be on there - works on Windowx XP and Vista as I use both those, don't know about other operating systems.

Failing that, go into Help and Support and type in task manager in the box, click on End a Process and then click on Click to open Task Manager.
